Budget Blinds is looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Window Treatment Installer to join our growing team. Every day is different as you install custom window coverings that transform homes throughout the Hudson Valley. What You'll Do Install custom blinds, shades, shutters, draperies, and motorized window treatments Review work orders and prepare materials before each installation Ensure every installation is completed accurately, safely, and professionally Educate homeowners on the operation and care of their new products Troubleshoot and resolve installation challenges in the field Maintain company vehicle, tools, and inventory Communicate with the office regarding job progress and any field issues Represent Budget Blinds with professionalism and outstanding customer service We're Looking For Someone Who Is Reliable and punctual Detail-oriented with a strong work ethic Friendly and comfortable working in customers' homes Mechanically inclined and enjoys hands-on work Able to think through problems and adapt in the field Organized and able to work independently Takes pride in delivering high-quality workmanship Qualifications Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to lift 75+ pounds Comfortable climbing ladders and working in residential and commercial environments Construction, finish carpentry, cabinetry, remodeling, or installation experience is preferred Experience installing window treatments is a plus—but we're willing to train the right person with a strong mechanical aptitude What We Offer Competitive hourly pay based on experience Paid training Company vehicle during work hours Monday-Friday schedule No overnight travel Paid holidays and paid time off Opportunities for advancement into Lead Installer or Operations leadership A supportive team that values quality, professionalism, and customer satisfaction Why Budget Blinds?
