Job Description
About us Aria Glass NY is a specialty glass contractor serving residential and commercial clients across the five boroughs and surrounding areas. We fabricate and install frameless shower doors and enclosures, glass railings, walls and partitions, canopies and awnings, curtain walls, storefronts, mirrors, and custom specialty glass. Our work goes into high-end homes and commercial buildings where fit and finish matter. What you'll do Install frameless and semi-frameless shower doors and enclosures, glass railings, partitions, mirrors, and storefront systems Load, transport, and safely handle heavy glass panels to and within job sites Set hardware, anchor into tile, stone, concrete, and framing, shim and level to tight tolerances Apply silicone and finish work to a clean, professional standard Verify field conditions against shop drawings and flag discrepancies before installation Perform service calls, adjustments, and warranty work Communicate job status, site issues, and completion to your Project Manager Keep vehicles, tools, and job sites clean, organized, and safe What we're looking for 2+ years of glass installation experience (shower doors, railings, storefront, or architectural glass) Comfortable reading shop drawings and taking accurate field measurements Proficient with hand and power tools, levels, laser levels, and anchoring systems Valid driver's license and clean driving record Reliable, punctual, and professional in occupied homes and active construction sites Able to lift 75+ lbs, work from ladders and lifts, and stand/kneel/bend throughout the day OSHA 10 or 30 card a plus (we will provide training if you don't have one) What we offer Steady year-round work with a growing company Company vehicle and tools provided for job assignments Paid time off, and paid holidays, 401k Paid training and advancement toward lead installer and field supervisor roles
