We are expanding our team and are looking for dedicated individuals to join us as Glaziers/ Installers in our Watertown, South Dakota location. Whether you're starting your career or have years of experience, we welcome your application. We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented individuals for Glazier/ Window & Glass installation positions. We have opportunities for both apprentices and experienced glaziers. As a Glazier, you will work with a team to install, repair, and replace glass in windows, doors, and other structures. You will have the chance to develop your skills and advance your career in a supportive and dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

Measure, cut, fit, and install glass for various applications, including windows, doors, and custom projects Work with a variety of materials, including glass, mirrors, and aluminum Safely handle and transport glass and equipment Support the team in following specifications, and safety protocols Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with clients Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition

Qualifications:

Apprentice:

No prior experience is required; a strong desire to learn and a commitment to the trade are essential. Carpentry skills are beneficial. On-the-job training will be provided. -

Experienced Glaziers:

Previous experience in glazing or a related field is preferred. A proven track record of quality workmanship and safety is required. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications Strong Carpentry skills Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Physical ability to lift and carry heavy materials and work at heights Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
