Duties Prepare vehicles by cleaning windows thoroughly and ensuring surfaces are free of dirt, dust, and debris for optimal tint adhesion. Measure and cut tinting film precisely using manual glass cutting tools to fit each vehicle's windows accurately. Install window tint films using professional techniques, ensuring smooth application without bubbles or creases. Operate power tools safely during the installation process, including squeegees, heat guns, and cutting devices. Handle glass materials carefully during installation or replacement processes, maintaining safety protocols at all times. Assist with automotive glass repair or replacement when needed, applying your knowledge of auto glass and auto body repair. Maintain company vehicles used for mobile installations, performing basic vehicle maintenance as required. Provide excellent customer service by explaining the tinting process, addressing questions, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Follow safety procedures related to power tool use, glass handling, and vehicle maintenance to ensure a safe working environment. Keep work areas clean and organized, including detailing completed installations for a polished presentation. Experience Prior dealership experience or automotive service background preferred but not required; we value hands-on mechanical knowledge. Experience with auto glass installation, automotive glass repair, or auto body repair is highly advantageous. Familiarity with ADAS (Advanced Driver-Assistance Systems) is a plus—knowledge of how tinting may impact sensor calibration is beneficial. Skilled in manual glass cutting, fitting glass installation, and handling various glass materials safely. Comfortable operating hand tools and power tools with a focus on safety standards such as power tool safety protocols. Demonstrated ability in automotive repair or mechanic experience is desirable—especially if it involves vehicle maintenance or assembly work. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with clients. Mechanical aptitude combined with knowledge of vehicle systems enhances your effectiveness in this role.
