Your craftsmanship and attention to detail will help homeowners transform their homes while supporting the continued success of our team. What You'll Do Install replacement windows and doors according to company standards, safety guidelines, and project specifications. Deliver outstanding customer service throughout every installation and service appointment. Perform finish work and ensure installations meet quality and performance standards. Prepare for each project by organizing materials, tools, paperwork, and vehicle inventory. Accurately complete and submit all required documentation. Communicate project updates, service outcomes, and follow-up needs with managers and coordinators. Troubleshoot installation challenges and provide solutions while maintaining quality workmanship. Maintain a professional appearance, arrive on time, and adapt to changing schedules and customer needs. Participate in ongoing training to stay current with installation best practices and product knowledge. What We're Looking For 3+ years of hands-on window replacement, exterior remodeling, carpentry, or residential construction experience required. Prior replacement window installation experience strongly preferred. Experience installing replacement windows, patio doors, entry doors, or similar exterior home improvement products. Strong finish carpentry and trim work skills. Ability to accurately measure, troubleshoot, and resolve installation challenges on-site. Comfortable working independently and leading portions of an installation project. Experience using hand tools, power tools, levels, and other professional installation equipment. Ability to safely lift, carry, and move heavy products and materials. Comfortable working at elevated heights, including ladders and rooftops. Dependable, punctual, and able to work effectively as part of a team. Valid driver's license with the ability to tow trailers and operate company vehicles (subject to MVR review).
