Job Title:

Window Installer - 1st Shift (Chattanooga, TN)

$20 per hour

Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00

Full‑time We're hiring dependable Window Installers to join our 1st‑shift team. This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy hands‑on work, take pride in quality craftsmanship, and can represent the company professionally at customer locations. What You'll Do Install residential or light‑commercial windows and related components Load, unload, and transport materials safely Use hand tools, power tools, and measuring equipment Follow installation instructions, safety procedures, and jobsite standards Communicate with customers and team members in a professional manner Complete basic documentation or job notes as required Requirements Clean driving record (company vehicle may be provided) Ability to lift, carry, and work on ladders Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to use tools Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Ability to work indoors and outdoors in various conditions Preferred (Not Required) Experience in window installation, carpentry, or general construction Comfort using tape measures, levels, drills, and hand tools What We Offer Steady 1st‑shift schedule Weekly pay at $20 per hour Long‑term, full‑time opportunity Supportive team environment and on‑the‑job training Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of
