We serve both residential customers and commercial builders throughout the Nashville area, with a focus on premium motorized patio screens & shades, motorized awnings, and custom interior window treatments. We're looking for skilled installation professionals to join our expanding team as we continue to grow our business and serve more customers across Middle Tennessee. Position Overview We're seeking an experienced Installation Technician to perform professional installation of outdoor motorized screens, awnings, and interior window coverings. This role requires precision, customer service skills, and the ability to work independently at customer homes and job sites. Key Responsibilities Installation & Technical Work Install exterior motorized screens, shades, and awnings Troubleshoot installation challenges and provide solutions Ensure all installations meet company quality standards Customer Service Interact professionally with homeowners and contractors Explain installation process and product features to customers Protect customer property during installation Address customer questions and concerns on-site Maintain clean and organized work areas Equipment & Vehicle Management Use and maintain company tools and equipment Operate company vehicle safely and responsibly Complete installation paperwork and documentation Report equipment maintenance needs Maintain professional appearance and company standards Requirements Experience & Skills 2+ years installation experience (screens, construction, or related field) Experience with power tools (drill, saw, level, measuring tools, etc) Basic trim carpentry experience (preferred) Ability to read measurements and follow installation specifications Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly Comfortable working on ladders and at heights Able to work in various weather conditions
