Your craftsmanship and efficiency will be the backbone of our growing department. This isn't a fly-by-night operation — we're looking for someone who's as committed to quality and timelines as we are.
What You'll Do:
Install, replace, and repair residential glass in windows, doors, sliders, and shower enclosures Measure, cut, and handle glass safely and accurately in both shop and field settings Work closely with the Multifamily Division Manager to ensure jobs are completed on time and to spec Maintain proper documentation and photos for work completed (we're big on process) Navigate active job sites and communicate clearly with onsite teams, vendors, and sometimes residents Load, transport, and unload materials using company vehicles
What We're Looking For:
2+ years of residential or commercial glazing experience (multifamily is a major plus) Proficient in measuring, cutting, and handling glass safely Knowledge of various glazing systems (windows, storefronts, mirrors, frameless showers, etc.) Valid driver's license with a clean record Strong communication and time management skills Ability to lift 75+ lbs and work on ladders or scaffolding when needed Comfortable working independently or as part of a team Why Join Us?
