Overview Join our dynamic team specializing in commercial and residential installaton and autoglass installation! In these energetic roles, you'll be at the forefront of transforming spaces by expertly installing, repairing, and replacing glass for vehicles, buildings, and fixtures. Your hands-on skills will help ensure safety, quality, and aesthetic appeal for a wide range of projects. Responsibilities Perform commercial and residential glass installations, including storefronts, windows, mirrors, and custom fixtures Use hand tools and power tools effectively to cut, shape, and secure glass components according to project specifications Read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately execute installation plans Prepare work sites by measuring, framing, caulking, trimming, and sealing glass units for optimal performance Handle heavy lifting safely when transporting large glass panels or fixtures to prevent damage or injury Fabricate custom glass pieces in manufacturing or fabrication settings as needed for specific projects Maintain a clean work environment by organizing tools and materials while adhering to safety standard Assist with construction estimating tasks by assessing project scope related to glass installation requirements Qualifications Prior experience with construction site work or glazing projects is highly preferred Proficiency in using hand tools such as chisels, screwdrivers, pry bars; familiarity with power tools like drills and saws Knowledge of blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and fabrication techniques for custom glass solutions helpful Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while managing large or fragile glass panels Hands-on experience with caulking, fixture installation (mirrors, shelves), cabinet mounting and door hanging is advantageous Excellent attention to detail combined with the ability to follow technical instructions accurately Valid drivers license is manatory.
