In this role, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of various systems and equipment. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background in window treatments (blinds, shades, drapery), excellent problem-solving skills, strong communication, and a commitment to delivering high-quality service to our clients. We are looking for one person, or a team of two (pay range is per person). Responsibilities Able to travel 80-100% of time across US by car or plane (with potential regional focus) Install and configure window treatments according to specifications and industry standards. Troubleshoot issues with equipment and systems, utilizing diagnostic tools effectively. Communicate effectively with site contact during installation. Communicate timely and accurately with installation manager and project manager. Maintain accurate records of installation progress. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing property inquiries and concerns professionally. Follow safety protocols and guidelines while working on-site. Skills Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to understand technical manuals and schematics. Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members. Willingness to learn new technologies and techniques related to installation processes. Requirements Fluent in speaking and writing English Valid Driver's License Able to drive a rental car Able to fly to all 50 states Not afraid of heights Ability to use an app for communication Daily communication required from the field to office Learn to use our measuring software and traditional manual measuring Can use a laser measurer and tape measure Flexible travel required Experience operating an impact drill required Ability to lift product above head

Window Treatment Installation Bonus Experience:
  • Experience operating a hammer drill
  • Experience using toggles to secure items

  • Experience operating/driving lifts
  • Experience on/around a new build job site
  • Experience working in an operating hotel Window Treatment installation experience is a secondary bonus but not required.
