We are seeking full time installers to install window treatments of all types not limited to but including draperies, blinds, roller shades, and motorized roller shades/drapery treatments. Our office is located in Euless,Texas. The installation position requires attention to details and a great customer service rapport. We are growing rapidly and are in need of additional installation help. Please do not apply if you are not a hard worker. Please know the locations and hours vary from week to week, but you must be willing to work more than 40-60 hours a week as needed.

Required Qualifications:

Window Treatment Installation Experience is highly preferred ; if you feel you have skills that are relevant (handy with a drill) and would pertain to this type of installation, please contact us The ability to speak to customers on site and represent the company well. Detailed and results orientated Have the ability to follow specific instructions Must be Timely and Responsible Must have a reliable car to arrive to and from the home office. Must have a valid drivers license to drive company cars and rental transportation. Must be willing and able transport products and ladders and be willing to drive and fly around the United States. Must be able to communicate/read English in addition to your native language, if different. Ability to adapt to environment and maintain composure as needs change throughout the workday Flexible availability - including some evenings and weekends Ability to lift and carry 50-70 lbs frequently Ability to demonstrate initiative Ability to work with limited supervision Be able to climb ladder Be clean cut and presentable while on job sites. Must be a team player/willing to help out wherever needed Must be able to work alone and as part of a team, must be a self starter Must be available to work overtime when needed Ability to take photographs with a mobile device and communicate via text message. Must be able to take direction and constructive criticism. Must understand that we may ask you to install per our requirements and expectations.
