Gutter Division Manager / Lead Installer Window World - Rio Grande Valley, TX
HELP US BUILD AND GROW OUR GUTTER DIVISION
Window World of the Rio Grande Valley is looking for a motivated, experienced Gutter Division Manager / Lead Installer to help manage and grow our gutter business throughout the Rio Grande Valley. This is a unique hands-on management position for someone who understands the gutter business and isn't afraid to do whatever is necessary to grow it. We're looking for someone who can sell, lead, recruit, manage, and install. The right person may be meeting with customers and generating new business one day, managing a crew the next, and working alongside the installation team to complete a gutter installation when needed. What You'll Be Responsible ForGutter Installation & Operations Measure homes and buildings for gutter systems Install seamless rain gutters and downspouts Operate gutter-forming equipment/machines Measure, cut, fabricate, and install gutter systems Determine proper gutter and downspout placement Ensure proper pitch and drainage Install hangers, elbows, outlets, downspouts, and related components Troubleshoot installation and drainage issues Maintain quality-control standards on completed installations Manage materials, tools, equipment, and inventory Maintain a clean and safe jobsite Sales & Business Development This is more than an installation position. We want someone who can help us grow the business.
Responsibilities may include:
Meeting with homeowners and potential customers Measuring and estimating gutter projects Presenting gutter options and closing sales Following up with leads and estimates Generating new gutter business throughout the Rio Grande Valley Developing relationships with homeowners, contractors, builders, property managers, and other referral sources Identifying neighborhoods and areas with strong sales opportunities Participating in door-to-door / neighborhood canvassing Helping develop promotions and sales strategies Working with our existing Window World customer base to identify gutter opportunities Recruiting & Team Management As the gutter division grows, this position may be responsible for building and managing a gutter sales and installation team.

Recruiting gutter installers Recruiting and developing sales representatives/canvassers Training new team members Scheduling installations Assigning crews and managing workloads Monitoring job quality and customer satisfaction Coaching the sales team Setting expectations and holding team members accountable Helping develop systems and processes that allow the gutter division to grow Who We're Looking For We want someone who has a builder mentality . This isn't a position for someone who only wants to be handed a schedule and told where to install gutters. We're looking for someone who sees an opportunity and thinks: "How can we sell more jobs? How can we build a team? How can we make this operation better?" The ideal candidate is comfortable: Talking with homeowners Selling gutter projects Knocking on doors and generating leads Recruiting people Managing installers and salespeople Solving problems in the field Working with their hands Installing gutters when necessary Taking ownership of the success of the gutter division Preferred Experience Experience in one or more of the following is strongly preferred: Seamless gutter installation Gutter machine operation Gutter sales Exterior home improvement sales Roofing Siding Soffit and fascia Windows and doors Construction management Crew leadership Door-to-door sales / canvassing Recruiting and managing salespeople Leadership Expectations We are looking for someone who wants more than an installer position. The right candidate should have the ability and desire to eventually oversee the gutter operation, including: Sales → Measuring → Ordering/Materials → Scheduling → Installation → Quality Control → Customer Satisfaction You should be willing to lead from the front. If the installation team needs help, you should be capable of stepping in and helping complete the job. If sales need to increase, you should be willing to get into neighborhoods, talk to homeowners, generate opportunities, and help the sales team produce.
