THE OPPORTUNITY
At Maverick Windows, great installers are a critical part of our success. We're looking for professionals who can deliver an excellent installation experience from start to finish. The more quality work you can complete, the greater your earning potential. Successful installers can earn approximately $80K•120K+ annually , depending on availability, workload, efficiency, experience, and quality of work. We handle the sales and customer acquisition so you can focus on what you do best — installing windows and taking care of customers.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Professionally install replacement windows and related products Complete installations efficiently while maintaining high quality standards Protect customers' homes and maintain a clean, organized jobsite Perform removal, installation, finishing, caulking, and cleanup Inspect completed work to ensure it meets Maverick Windows' quality standards Communicate professionally with homeowners and our operations team Identify and communicate jobsite issues when they arise Deliver an outstanding customer experience from arrival through final cleanup
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Previous window installation or relevant construction/remodeling experience Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship Ability to complete installations accurately and efficiently Dependable transportation Valid driver's license Professional appearance and communication Ability to maintain a clean and safe jobsite Dependability and strong work ethic Commitment to customer satisfaction Ability to meet Maverick Windows' installation and quality standards Appropriate insurance and contractor documentation as required
