Job Summary Join our dynamic team as an Automotive Window Tint Installer & Sales Associate, where you'll combine technical expertise with exceptional customer service to enhance vehicle aesthetics and performance. In this energetic role, you will install high-quality window tints, assist customers in selecting the best products for their needs, and ensure every job meets our high standards for quality and safety. Your mechanical knowledge and passion for automotive care will drive your success as you help clients transform their vehicles while supporting our sales goals. Duties Professionally install window tints on a variety of vehicle makes and models, ensuring precise fitting and clean finishes. Handle manual glass cutting and fitting to customize glass installations according to specifications. Assist customers by explaining product options, benefits, and pricing to facilitate informed purchasing decisions. Conduct automotive glass repairs, replacements, and installations, including auto body glass work and ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems) calibration. Operate company vehicles safely for job site travel, ensuring timely arrival and departure. Use hand tools and power tools safely during installation, repair, and detailing tasks while adhering to safety protocols. Manage glass materials handling efficiently, including heavy lifting and proper storage of automotive glass components. Perform vehicle maintenance checks related to glass installation areas and ensure all work complies with industry standards. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including detailing vehicles post-installation for a professional presentation. Support auto estimating processes by assessing repair needs and providing accurate timeframes for service completion. Qualifications Previous dealership experience or background in automotive sales or service is highly preferred. Strong mechanical knowledge with experience in auto glass repair, replacement, or auto body repair. Skilled in handling hand tools, power tools, and power tool safety practices during installation or repair work. Familiarity with ADAS calibration, auto estimating software, and heavy lifting techniques is a plus. Knowledge of automotive glass materials handling, fitting glass installation, and auto tinting techniques. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to clearly explain product features and benefits to clients. Ability to operate company vehicles responsibly while maintaining a clean driving record. Detail-oriented with a focus on quality workmanship and safety compliance in all tasks performed.
