$19.00 - $22.00 per hour (based on experience)

Schedule:

Monday-Friday, starting at 6:00 AM until job completion , with possible overtime as needed . Are you looking to start a career in construction and learn a valuable trade? Avanti Windows & Doors is seeking Entry-Level Window Installers and Helpers to join our growing team. We install high-quality windows and doors in newly constructed homes and are willing to train motivated individuals with the right attitude and work ethic. This is a great opportunity to build a long-term career with a rapidly growing company. Responsibilities Assist with the installation of windows and doors in new residential construction projects. Follow company safety policies and OSHA regulations at all times. Arrive to work on time and maintain a strong attendance record. Support and work collaboratively with team members. Communicate professionally with customers, coworkers, and supervisors. Learn and apply Avanti's installation methods through hands-on training. Use tools such as cordless drills, levels, and nail guns. Safely climb ladders and work at elevated heights when required. Lift and carry materials weighing up to 50 pounds throughout the day. Report field issues and identify opportunities for improvement. Qualifications High School Diploma or GED preferred. General construction experience is a plus, but not required. Window and door installation experience is a plus. Valid driver's license preferred. Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Strong work ethic and willingness to learn. Positive attitude with a desire for growth and advancement. Skills & Requirements Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures. Strong communication and customer service skills. Ability to use cordless drills, levels, and nail guns. Ability to read and understand work orders and installation instructions. Dependable, self-motivated, and detail-oriented. Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to help others succeed. Physical Requirements Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and climb throughout the workday. Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the day. Comfortable working on ladders and at elevated heights. Ability to follow OSHA fall-protection and safety requirements.
