Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking energetic and detail-oriented Commercial Glass Installers and Helpers to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be instrumental in installing, repairing, and replacing a variety of glass products, including windows, doors, and custom glass fixtures. Your hands-on skills will contribute to delivering high-quality craftsmanship on construction sites, remodeling projects, and manufacturing facilities. Paid positions are available for both experienced installers and motivated helpers eager to learn and develop new skills. Responsibilities Assist in the installation of glass materials such as windows, doors, and custom fixtures according to construction plans and schematics Handle glass materials safely, ensuring proper storage, transportation, and handling to prevent damage or injury Use hand tools and power tools to cut, shape, assemble, and install glass components with precision Read blueprints and technical drawings to interpret measurements, specifications, and installation instructions Perform dimensional measurements for quality control to ensure proper fit and finish of installed glass products Support fabrication and manufacturing processes by assisting with assembly of glass units or framing components Conduct heavy lifting as needed during the transportation and installation of large or heavy glass panels Experience Familiarity with blueprint reading, schematics, and technical drawings for accurate installation planning Hands-on experience with hand tools, power tools, caulking guns, metal stud framing, trim carpentry, and fixture installation Knowledge of glass materials handling techniques to ensure safety and quality standards are met Construction site experience including working on remodeling projects or new builds. Pay:
$25.00 - $35.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 - 60.0 per week
