Glass Installer / Glazier The Royal Group — Rutland, VT (150 Woodstock Ave) Full-time | Hourly pay, based on experience and skills The Royal Group is a third-generation Vermont company. We still do the glass work we started with in 1935 — commercial storefronts, curtain wall, custom glass, doors, showers, railings, and service work — alongside our security and fire divisions. What you'll do Install, replace, and service commercial and residential glass and related systems Work with hand and power tools, ladders, and glass handling equipment Read drawings/work orders, measure, cut, fit, seal, and finish installations Keep jobs clean, documented, and on schedule Work as part of a small crew and represent the company in a first-class manner on job sites What you need Hands-on construction or glass/glazing experience (carpentry background welcome if you're skilled with tools) Comfortable on ladders and on your feet all day Able to lift at least 100 lbs Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and clean driving record Able to pass a criminal background check Organized and detail-oriented Reliable, consistent, and always on time Team player who takes ownership when something goes wrong What we offer 100% paid health, vision, and dental 401(k) Company Plan 3 paid wellness days annually 5 sick days + PTO + 7 paid holidays annually A shop that actually stands behind quality and treats people with respect Pay, hours, and the rest of the package get discussed in the interview.
