We are looking for a person who is willing to learn skills in shower door, mirror, window, door, and cabinet installations, framing, roof flashing, ducting etc., to work inside customers' homes and new construction. You will be paired with a team leader who you will assist daily. They will train you to help complete tasks during the day. The ideal candidate will have several years' experience in general construction, but no experience is required. A general knowledge of tools, their operation and uses is helpful. This employee will report to our office every morning to be given the schedule for the day and load up assigned company trucks with the equipment they may need. Teams spend their days traveling from job to job in our company truck throughout the northern Olympic Peninsula. Our crew work individually and in teams of 2-3 people. Overtime and occasional optional Saturdays are available.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Must be able to lift 100+ pounds Physical abilities of excessive bending, kneeling, sitting, standing, climbing , roof work , and use of power tools. Ability to follow all safety precautions Be able to work individually or with other team members and effectively communicate with other staff Valid driver's license and insurable driving record lead abatement training a plus We are Everwarm Hearth and Home and we're growing?
