Full-Time We are looking for dependable, hardworking Scaffold Builders to join our team. This position involves building, modifying, and dismantling scaffolding in an industrial work environment. No scaffold experience is required for the right candidate. Starting pay is $16.00 per hour, with the potential for higher starting pay depending on previous scaffold or industrial experience. Experience with industrial insulation is a plus and may be considered when determining starting pay. Responsibilities Build, modify, and dismantle scaffolding Carry and handle scaffold boards, bars, braces, and other materials Work safely at various heights Follow jobsite and company safety procedures Inspect scaffold components while assembling and dismantling Keep work areas clean and organized Work effectively with other crew members Follow instructions from supervisors and scaffold leads Assist with insulation work when needed Qualifications Scaffold experience preferred, but not required Industrial or construction experience is a plus Insulation experience is a strong plus Must be comfortable working at heights Must be able to perform physically demanding work throughout the shift Must be dependable and show up to work on time Must be able to follow safety procedures and instructions Willingness to learn and work as part of a crew Pay Starting at $16.00/hour Experienced scaffold builders may qualify for a higher starting rate based on experience and skill level.
