Job Overview SealMax Insulation is hiring dependable, hardworking Insulation Installers to join our growing team serving Northern Arizona. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy hands-on work, construction environments, and working as part of a team. No insulation experience? We will train the right candidate. Entry level employees start as Helpers and learn alongside experienced installers before advancing into Installer positions. Responsibilities Install spray foam, blown in, batt, and other insulation products. Operate hand tools and insulation equipment safely. Load materials and maintain clean job sites. Follow safety procedures and work as part of a team. Requirements At least 1 year of Construction experience. Experience with hand and power tools. Ability to perform physical work, including attics, crawl spaces, and ladders. Reliable, motivated, and ready to work. Valid driver's license with a good driving record is required.
