Paragon Spray Foam Inc. is a growing insulation company specializing in residential and commercial projects. We're looking for an experienced Spray Foam Installer to join our team.

Job Summary:

Apply open-cell and closed-cell spray foam for new construction and retrofit jobs. Must be reliable, safety-focused, and experienced with spray foam equipment.

Responsibilities:

Install spray foam insulation (attics, walls, crawl spaces) Operate and maintain spray foam equipment Prep job sites (masking, ventilation, setup) Follow job specs, plans, and safety protocols Keep work areas clean and organized

Requirements:

1-2 + years spray foam experience required Knowledge of spray foam systems and safety practices Able to lift 50+ lbs. and work in tight spaces/heights Valid driver's license Must pass background check

Schedule:

Monday to Friday Weekends as needed
