COMPENSATION BREAKDOWN

Base Pay:

$190.00 - $220.00 per day (Guaranteed starting daily minimum, not hourly).

Real Earning Potential:

With our consistent Overtime and Performance Bonuses, most team members earn significantly above the base rate.

Overtime:

Paid at 1.5x after 8 hours.

ABOUT THE ROLE

Pure Eco Inc. is hiring for our Field Operations Team. We are looking for experienced Insulation Field Managers to run crews. Don't have management experience yet? We also hire Junior Installers/Drivers with the goal of training you to become a Manager.

PLEASE READ BEFORE APPLYING

This is NOT a "driving only" job. Whether you are a Manager or a Junior Driver, you will be working in the attic, in the crawlspace, and using tools every single day. You will drive our 16ft box trucks to the site, but your main job is installing insulation.

THE POSITION

Install:

You must be agile enough to navigate tight attics and crawlspaces to install insulation.

Drive:

Safely operate a 16ft Box Truck (No special license needed, but must be comfortable with the size). Lead (Managers): Supervise the job, manage the crew time, and ensure quality. Learn (Juniors): Apprentice under a manager while you drive and install, with a clear path to promotion.

STRICT REQUIREMENTS

Bilingual (English/Spanish):

REQUIRED.

This is essential for team safety and communication.

Physical Agility:

You must be able to fit through small attic access holes and work in tight, enclosed spaces for long periods. If you are claustrophobic or not agile, this environment will not work for you.

CA Driver's License:

Good standing with 3+ years of driving history.

Mechanical Aptitude:

You must be good with your hands and tools.
