In this role, you will be responsible for installing high-quality spray foam insulation in residential and commercial buildings, ensuring energy efficiency and building integrity. The ideal candidate will have a passion for construction, excellent mechanical skills, and a commitment to safety. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop specialized skills in insulation installation while contributing to sustainable building practices. Duties Prepare work sites by setting up scaffolding, ladders, and safety equipment to access various areas of the building. Mix and apply spray foam insulation accurately according to blueprint specifications and project requirements. Interpret technical drawings and blueprints to determine the correct application areas and insulation thicknesses. Operate power tools and airless paint sprayers safely and efficiently, adhering to all safety protocols. Install different types of insulation materials, including spray foam, drywall, plastering, caulking, stucco, and metal stud framing when needed. Maintain a clean work environment by properly handling tools, disposing of waste materials, and inspecting equipment regularly. Communicate effectively with clients and team members to ensure project specifications are met on time and within scope. Strong construction estimating abilities to assess project timelines accurately. Proficiency in ladder use, climbing, and working at heights safely. Mechanical knowledge related to power tools, hand tools, and spray equipment operation.

! Basic math skills for measurements, calculations, and material estimations. Knowledge of construction site safety protocols including power tool safety and fall prevention measures.
