Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Insulation Installer / Spray Foam Technician to join our team as soon as possible. This is not an entry-level position. We are specifically looking for someone with hands-on insulation experience who can perform multiple types of insulation installation, including blown-in fiberglass, fiberglass batts, open-cell spray foam, and closed-cell spray foam . Responsibilities Install blown-in fiberglass insulation Install fiberglass batt insulation Apply open-cell spray foam Apply closed-cell spray foam Properly operate and maintain spray foam equipment Prepare and protect work areas before spraying Install insulation in attics, rooflines, walls, garages, and other areas Perform air sealing when required Follow required application thicknesses and job specifications Safely use ladders, hand tools, power tools, and insulation equipment Maintain a clean and safe job site Work efficiently with other crew members Travel to residential and commercial job sites throughout our service area Qualifications Previous professional insulation installation experience required Hands-on spray foam experience required Experience with both open-cell and closed-cell spray foam strongly preferred Experience with blown-in fiberglass and batt insulation Knowledge of spray foam equipment, setup, operation, and troubleshooting Ability to work in attics and other hot or confined areas Ability to safely climb ladders and perform physically demanding work Dependable and able to report to scheduled jobs on time Reliable transportation required Valid driver's license required Schedule & Pay Part-time with variable hours based on scheduled projects. Hours are not guaranteed and may vary from week to week. Some workdays may be shorter, while larger projects may require longer days.
