Spray Foam/Cellulose Installer and Helper Energy Seal Spray Systems Job Overview We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented Spray Foam/Cellulose Installer and Helper to join our insulation team. This role involves installing high performance insulation materials in residential homes, ensuring energy efficiency and proper thermal regulation. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, a willingness to learn, and experience or interest in construction-related tasks. This position offers opportunities to develop skills in various aspects of construction and insulation installation, contributing to high-quality building projects. Responsibilities Assist with the installation of spray foam and cellulose insulation in walls, attics, basements, and other areas of buildings. Operate spray equipment safely and efficiently under supervision. Prepare work sites by cleaning, measuring, and setting up necessary tools and materials. Use hand tools, power tools, and scaffolding to facilitate installation tasks. Follow blueprints, schematics, and construction plans to ensure accurate application of insulation materials. Support the team with related construction tasks such as caulking, trim carpentry, or drywall preparation as needed. Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote safety and efficiency. Adhere to safety protocols at all times during installation processes. Requirements Prior experience in construction site work or related fields is preferred but not mandatory; willingness to learn is essential. Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, scaffolding, and basic construction techniques. Knowledge of blueprint reading, schematics, or construction drawings is a plus. Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and lift up to 50 pounds regularly. Mechanical knowledge or experience with fabrication, HVAC systems, or roofing is advantageous. Experience with airless paint spraying is a plus but not required. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to safety standards on-site. Valid driver's license is preferred for site travel or equipment transportation. Pay:
$15.00 - $22.00 per hour
