Job Training Responsibilities Include:
Load and unloading materials onto trucks Erect scaffolding or ladders to specific heights Cut the insulation materials to the size and install in frames, ceiling, attic or crawlspace Observe job site safety policy and procedures Operate and maintain general construction tools and insulation machinery May be required to drive a company vehicle and follow all DOT requirements Complete daily paperwork and materials inventory
Qualifications Include:
High School diploma or GED A valid driver's license Experience in the construction industry (Preferred) Position requires a Drug Test and Motor Vehicle Report to be completed, contingent upon employment.
Physical Demands Include:
Working in tight places including attics and crawlspaces Lift a minimum of 50lbs Climb ladders and scaffolding Able to bend, twist, and turn body at shoulders, waist, knees, and stand for extended periods of time Able to adapt to various weather conditions Job sites vary from different locations in Illinois to The Northwest Indiana Region.
