Responsibilities Assist with setting up and preparing spray foam equipment and materials on construction sites Support the application of spray foam insulation by handling hoses, mixing components, and maintaining equipment Follow safety protocols diligently, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) during all tasks Help prepare surfaces such as framing, drywall, or existing insulation areas for foam application Maintain a clean work environment by organizing tools, disposing of waste properly, and ensuring job site safety Collaborate with team members to read blueprints and schematics for proper insulation placement Support other construction activities such as caulking, trim carpentry, or basic framing as needed Requirements Prior experience in construction sites or related fields is preferred but not required; willingness to learn is essential Familiarity with hand tools and power tools used in construction environments Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical instructions clearly Mechanical knowledge or experience with fabrication and metal stud framing is a plus Basic understanding of construction techniques such as plastering, stucco application, roofing, or masonry Knowledge of HVAC systems or airless paint spraying is advantageous but not mandatory Strong work ethic with attention to safety procedures and detail-oriented approach Physical ability to stand, lift heavy materials, and perform tasks in various weather conditions Join us in transforming spaces through innovative insulation solutions!
