Typical tasks include:

Air sealing and weatherization Installing netting and dense-pack cellulose insulation Installing air barriers Operating insulation blowing equipment Driving and maintaining company box trucks Maintaining tools and equipment Communicating with site supervisors Working safely with your team

Important:

Casco Bay Insulation specializes in cellulose insulation only. We do not install fiberglass or spray foam insulation. Minimum Qualifications Installing experience a plus but not required. Valid driver's license Experience with construction tools and jobsite safety Ability to work in attics, basements, and crawl spaces Comfortable using ladders and scaffolding (typically under 10 ft) Ability to lift 50 lbs Strong work ethic and attention to detail Due to the nature of our work, smoking is not permitted on job sites.
