Applicants must have a minimum of 6 months of professional insulation experience, including hands-on experience blowing insulation in attics. This is not an entry-level position. We are looking for someone who already understands the basics of the insulation trade, knows their way around a blow-in machine, and can step in and contribute to our crew. Experience installing fiberglass batts is strongly preferred. What You'll Do Install fiberglass batt insulation Blow fiberglass insulation in attics Set up and operate blown-in insulation equipment Install insulation to proper depths and coverage Properly fit batts around electrical, plumbing, framing, and other obstacles Prepare and clean jobsites Maintain quality workmanship and attention to detail Keep insulation equipment and work areas clean and organized Work efficiently as part of a crew Assist with other insulation projects as needed Work in attics, crawlspaces, basements, garages, and active construction environments Experience Required To be considered for this position, you must have: Minimum 6 months of professional insulation installation experience Hands-on experience blowing insulation in attics Experience working with insulation equipment Basic knowledge of proper insulation installation practices Experience installing fiberglass batts is strongly preferred. Experience with BIBS, spray foam, or other insulation systems is a plus, but is not required. For the right experienced installer, we offer the opportunity to cross-train in spray foam and learn additional skills, including equipment operation, application, maintenance, troubleshooting, and jobsite preparation. Spray foam experience is not required. Our priority is finding someone with a solid fiberglass and blown-in background who can contribute to the crew from the start.
