Moloney Insulation is looking for a dependable Insulation Technician / Spray Foam Trainee to join our team serving Flathead County and surrounding areas. No spray foam experience? That's okay. We will train the right person. We're especially interested in experienced fiberglass installers, spray foam helpers, and construction workers who want to learn the spray foam trade and develop into a Spray Foam Technician. If you have a strong work ethic, show up on time, take pride in your work, and want to learn a specialized trade, we'd like to hear from you. This Could Be You Maybe you're: An experienced fiberglass installer who wants to learn spray foam A spray foam helper ready to learn more of the operation An insulation installer looking for the next step in your career A construction worker with strong mechanical skills Someone with some spray foam exposure who wants the opportunity to learn the entire process We are willing to train the right person. What You'll Learn Working alongside our experienced crew, you'll have the opportunity to learn: Spray foam application Operation of spray foam equipment Equipment cleaning and maintenance Proper jobsite preparation and masking Foam temperatures and pressures Material ratio Proper lift thickness and application techniques How to identify foam quality issues Basic equipment troubleshooting Safe operation and care of our mobile spray foam rig Our goal is to develop the right person into someone who understands the entire spray foam operation—not just how to spray. Fiberglass & Blown-In Work This is a full-time, year-round insulation position with the opportunity to train in spray foam . Our crews perform a variety of insulation work, including: Fiberglass batt insulation Blown-in insulation Spray foam insulation Other insulation work as needed Previous fiberglass experience is especially valuable because you'll be able to contribute to the crew while developing your spray foam skills. 28-Ft Gooseneck Spray Foam Rig Our spray foam operation is housed in a 28-ft gooseneck trailer . Experience towing, backing, maneuvering, and parking a large trailer is a strong plus. As you progress in the spray foam position, being comfortable around the truck and trailer will become an important part of the job. What We're Looking For Fiberglass or insulation experience preferred Spray foam helper experience is a plus Construction experience is a plus Good mechanical aptitude Strong work ethic Dependable and punctual Willingness to learn Ability to take direction and work as part of a crew Attention to detail and pride in your work Valid driver's license Ability to work in attics, crawlspaces, basements, garages, and active construction environments Ability to perform the physical requirements of an insulation position What We Offer $24-$30/hour based on previous experience, knowledge, and ability Full-time, year-round work Paid, hands-on spray foam training Opportunity to learn a specialized trade Opportunity for advancement Opportunity to develop into a Spray Foam Technician Local work in Flathead County and surrounding areas Variety of residential and commercial projects Work with an established local insulation company Most Important We're willing to train the right person. You don't need years of spray foam experience for this position. We're looking for someone who is dependable, mechanically inclined, willing to work, and genuinely interested in learning.
