This role involves assisting with a variety of construction-related tasks, including installing waterproofing on foundations, insulating homes and multifamily projects, applying air barriers on commercial buildings, and installing spray foam. Key Responsibilities Install insulation, waterproofing, air barriers, and spray foam on residential and commercial projects. Measure, mark, and cut materials to required dimensions, using blueprints and instructions. Operate and set up tools/machinery safely and efficiently. Verify quality to ensure all work meets project specifications. Move, load, and organize materials as needed. Follow all safety procedures and company policies. Perform other duties as assigned. Requirements Valid driver's license. Ability to pass a drug test and DOT physical. Clean criminal history (reviewed case by case). Consistent work history with proven reliability. Basic mechanical skills and ability to read blueprints. Ability to do basic math and accurate measurements. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly.
