Must have a valid drivers license 2026- We have multiple large multi-family projects 40 hours minimum Weekends available 2026 Schedule for work is full- Single family, Multifamily jobs Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Fiberglass Insulation Installer to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing high-quality fiberglass insulation in residential, commercial, and industrial buildings to improve energy efficiency and comfort. Your expertise will help ensure that projects are completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards. This position offers an exciting opportunity for individuals passionate about construction and skilled in various installation techniques to contribute to impactful building projects. Responsibilities Measure, cut, and install fiberglass insulation materials according to project specifications and blueprints Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and construction drawings to determine insulation placement and requirements Use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively to install insulation in walls, ceilings, floors, attics, and other areas Prepare surfaces by cleaning, framing, or sealing spaces prior to insulation installation Collaborate with carpenters, roofers, HVAC technicians, and other trades to ensure seamless integration of insulation with other building systems Apply caulking, trim carpentry, or stucco as needed for finishing touches around insulation areas Maintain a clean work environment by organizing tools and disposing of debris properly throughout the project lifecycle Qualifications Proven experience in construction site work with familiarity in framing, roofing, or drywall installation preferred Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately Skilled in using hand tools such as knives, tape measures, utility knives, and caulking guns; experience with power tools is a plus Knowledge of construction estimating processes and material handling procedures Mechanical aptitude with understanding of HVAC systems or metal stud framing is advantageous Strong safety awareness and adherence to OSHA standards during all phases of work Basic knowledge of plastering, masonry, concrete finishing or airless paint spraying is beneficial but not required Join our team today to help create comfortable living and working environments while advancing your skills in the construction industry!
