What You'll Do Entry-level Residential Spray Foam Technicians perform energy-efficiency improvements and residential retrofit work prescribed by our team of Energy Advisors.

Your work may include:

? Applying spray foam insulation ? Blowing in cellulose insulation ? Performing air-sealing work ? Installing and replacing windows and doors ? Completing general carpentry and construction-related projects ? Working in attics, crawl spaces, basements, and other residential areas ? Providing professional, high-quality service in our customers' homes You'll work alongside experienced professionals who will provide the training and support needed to develop your skills. Who We're Looking For Entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply, paid training is provided. That said, candidates with a strong construction or skilled-trade background are preferred. Experience in carpentry, remodeling, insulation, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, roofing, general contracting, or handyman work can be especially valuable.
