subcontract opportunity for established crews. We are looking for professional crews interested in consistent work and a long-term relationship with ILG Construction.

Scope of Work:

Vinyl Siding - Multifamily Projects James Hardie Lap Siding & Panels Nichiha Fiber Cement Panels ACM / Metal Composite Panels Metal Wall Panels Soffit & Fascia Exterior Insulation Z-Girts /

Furring Flashing & Exterior Trims Caulking ILG Construction Provides:

All project materials Lodging / hotel accommodations for out-of-town projects Required jobsite equipment, including lifts and scaffolding as needed Project drawings and specifications Defined scope of work Project coordination and scheduling

Subcontractor Requirements:

Established subcontractor company/crew Experienced installers General Liability Insurance Workers' Compensation Insurance Own hand and power tools Reliable transportation Ability to read construction drawings Ability to work from lifts, scaffolding, and ladders Reliable communication and ability to meet project schedules Willingness to travel to project locations

Compensation:

Compensation is based on the agreed labor-only subcontract price and production , typically using unit rates such as per SF, LF, or project scope . This is not an hourly wage position . Any weekly compensation displayed by Indeed is an estimate only. Actual subcontract amounts vary based on crew size, production, scope of work, project conditions, and agreed pricing. Current and upcoming projects are located throughout Pennsylvania and surrounding states, including OH, NJ, NY, MD, VA, and WV.
