This vacancy is open to employees of the University of Nottingham only. Applications are invited for the role of Sponsor Relations Officer in the Pathway Partnerships team, part of the wider International Student Recruitment team. You will be supporting the development and management of the University's portfolio of international sponsorship partnerships. You will be assisting in delivering high-quality service to sponsors, ensuring accurate data management, strong partner relationships, supporting students and applicants, and effective coordination across internal teams. You will contribute to the success of sponsorship activities aligned to student recruitment goals and the University's global engagement strategy. We are seeking a highly organised individual with excellent communication and relationship-building skills to support the management of international sponsorship partnerships. The successful candidate will have experience in administration, customer service, stakeholder engagement, and data management, with a proven ability to manage competing priorities and maintain accurate records. Strong analytical and reporting skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office and database systems, and the ability to handle confidential information are essential. The position is offered on a permanent basis. Hours of work are full time (36.25 hours per week) mainly worked between 8.30am-4.45m Monday to Friday. Flexibility will be required to work occasional weekends to cover University Events. Job share arrangements may be considered.
