BKG Co., Inc. located in Telford, PA, is seeking motivated Helpers to join our growing team. We are hiring for both our Pipefitting and Insulation departments. As a Helper, you will work alongside experienced tradespeople assisting with job site preparation, material handling, tool organization, and installation tasks while learning a skilled trade. This is an e xcellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with their hands, has a strong work ethic, and wants to build a long-term career in the construction industry. No prior trade experience is required—we are willing to train individuals with a positive attitude , mechanical aptitude, and a willingness to learn . You must be able to pass a background check, pre-employment drug screen and hold a valid driver's license with a good driving record.

Responsibilities for the helper opportunity:

Assist with job site setup, cleanup, and maintaining a safe, organized work environment. Support pipefitting or insulation installation projects under the direction of experienced technicians. Assist with tasks such as pipe threading, system maintenance, measuring and cutting materials, and wrapping pipes and ducts with specialized insulation. Safely operate hand tools , power tools, and other equipment as assigned . Organize materials and properly dispose of job site debris. Safely climb ladders, scaffolding, and other elevated work areas as needed.

Qualifications for the helper opportunity:

Construction experience is helpful but not required. Basic knowledge of plumbing, HVAC, mechanical systems, or insulation is a plus. Comfortable using hand tools , power tools, and required safety equipment. Strong mechanical aptitude and basic math skills for measuring and material layout. Dependable, safety-minded, and eager to learn. This position is ideal for individuals looking to start a rewarding career in the skilled trades.
