Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Industrial Insulator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing insulation systems across various industrial sites. Your expertise will help optimize energy efficiency, ensure safety standards are met, and support the successful completion of complex projects. Duties Install building insulation using hand tools, power tools, and appropriate techniques following blueprint specifications. Interpret technical drawings and construction plans to accurately execute insulation tasks. Measure and cut insulation materials precisely to fit designated areas on industrial structures. Follow safety protocols rigorously, including proper ladder use, climbing procedures, and power tool safety measures. Collaborate with construction teams to ensure insulation installation aligns with project timelines and quality standards. Maintain a clean work environment by properly handling materials such as caulking, plastering compounds, and stucco. Communicate effectively with clients and team members regarding project progress and technical requirements. Experience Proven construction experience with a focus on insulation installation or related trades such as roofing, framing carpentry, or masonry. Familiarity with interpreting blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications for insulation projects. Hands-on experience with hand tools, power tools, airless paint spraying equipment, and other construction equipment. Knowledge of safety protocols related to ladder use, climbing activities, power tool operation, and site safety standards. Ability to perform basic math calculations for measurements and material estimations. Prior experience working on construction sites involving plastering, stucco application, metal stud framing, or concrete finishing is a plus. Pay:
$30.00 - $31.63 per hour Expected hours: 30.0 - 60.0 per week
