Experienced Insulation Installer - Steady, Year-Round Work Black Oak Insulation & Gutters LLC is hiring experienced Insulation Installers to keep up with continued growth and a heavy, consistent workload throughout Middle Tennessee. We have the work. We need experienced installers who can help us get it done. Our schedule stays full, and we continue to add new projects and customers. We are looking for experienced insulation professionals who want steady hours, consistent jobs, and the opportunity to make money without worrying about whether there will be work next week.

INSULATION EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED.

This is not an entry-level position, and we are not currently training inexperienced installers. What You'll Be Doing Installing fiberglass batt insulation Blowing fiberglass in attics and other applications Installing BIBS/netted wall systems Air sealing, caulking, and draft stopping Insulating walls, ceilings, floors, crawlspaces, garages, and other areas Reading job tickets and completing work to specification Operating insulation equipment, ladders, hand tools, and power tools Maintaining clean, professional jobsites Completing jobs efficiently while maintaining quality standards What We're Looking For Professional insulation installation experience is

REQUIRED

Must know how to properly install fiberglass without being trained from scratch Must understand proper cutting, fitting, splitting around wiring/plumbing, and avoiding gaps and compression Blown fiberglass experience required BIBS/netted wall experience is a major plus Must be dependable and show up ready to work Must be able to work at a production pace Comfortable in attics, crawlspaces, tight spaces, and at heights Able to work in hot and cold conditions Valid driver's license and clean driving record are a plus If you have never professionally installed insulation, this position is not for you.
