Music & Arts is seeking a part-time Senior Sales Associate to drive sales and deliver exceptional service in our retail store. In this role, you'll guide students, parents, and educators in selecting band and orchestra instruments, rentals, accessories, and lessons. You'll lead by example on the sales floor, support merchandising and inventory, process transactions, and help meet store performance goals. You'll collaborate with a student-focused, inclusive team that values music education, community engagement, and strong relationships with schools and local music programs.
