Approximately 50-60 hours per week Position Overview M&M Talent Group is seeking dependable and hardworking Fiberglass Insulation Installers to join a growing team in Beaumont, Texas. This position involves installing fiberglass insulation in residential and commercial projects while maintaining high standards for safety, quality, and efficiency. The ideal candidate is physically capable, dependable, comfortable working in demanding environments, and takes pride in completing quality work. Previous insulation or construction experience is preferred, but motivated candidates who are willing to learn and work hard may be considered. Key Responsibilities Install fiberglass insulation in residential and commercial projects. Measure, cut, fit, and secure insulation materials according to project requirements. Work in attics, walls, crawl spaces, and other areas as needed. Follow installation instructions, safety procedures, and quality standards. Safely operate and use hand tools and installation equipment. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Work efficiently and effectively as part of a team. Follow all job-site safety requirements and company procedures. Complete assigned work accurately and within expected timeframes. Qualifications & Requirements Previous fiberglass insulation or construction experience preferred. Comfortable working in physically demanding conditions. Ability to stand, bend, kneel, climb, and lift for extended periods. Ability to lift and carry insulation materials and equipment. Reliable transportation and dependable attendance. Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Willingness to work Monday through Saturday. Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn.
