In this energetic role, you'll be responsible for ensuring pools and aquatic facilities operate smoothly, efficiently, and safely. Your expertise will help deliver exceptional experiences for our clients and community members alike. Responsibilities Perform routine pool cleaning, including skimming, vacuuming, brushing walls, and netting debris to maintain pristine water quality. Conduct water chemistry balancing by testing chemical levels and adjusting pool chemicals such as chlorine, pH adjusters, and algaecides to ensure safe swimming conditions. Handle water treatment chemicals safely by following proper procedures for chemical agent handling and storage to ensure compliance with safety standards. Operate company vehicles responsibly for transporting equipment or supplies between job sites while adhering to safety protocols. Document all maintenance activities accurately in logs or reports to ensure clear communication and record keeping for ongoing facility management. Skills Proficiency in pool chemistry balancing to maintain optimal water quality standards. Hands-on experience with pool maintenance tasks such as cleaning, equipment repair, and general upkeep. Knowledge of aquatic facility operations combined with outdoor work experience in various weather conditions. Excellent customer service skills to communicate effectively with clients or facility managers regarding maintenance needs or issues. Ability to operate company vehicles and equipment safely and responsibly. Familiarity with water treatment chemicals and safety protocols related to chemical handling.
