Our crew leads and managers started in the field What you'll do Remove old, damaged, or contaminated insulation from residential attics Install blown-in fiberglass and cellulose insulation to the proper depth and R-value Air seal attic penetrations and other areas before installing new insulation Perform attic sanitation and cleanup services Operate insulation blowers, removal vacuums, hoses, and other equipment Protect customers' homes before work begins and leave the job cleaner than you found it Work alongside a crew to complete jobs safely, efficiently, and to Critter Stop standards What we need from you Valid driver's license Comfortable working tight attics and other confined spaces Able to lift and carry insulation bags, hoses, equipment, and materials throughout the workday. Show up on time and do the job right the first time Ownership and personal accountability That's it. No degree, no license, no prior insulation experience required.
