Own the job. Get it done right. What you get $23/hour, paid weekly Company truck and fuel card (after training) Paid training from day one All tools, equipment, and safety gear provided Paid time off Consistent, full-time work Real advancement opportunities into leadership and management What you'll do Lead an insulation crew on residential job sites from start to finish Drive a company truck and safely pull an equipment trailer to and from job sites Take ownership of the job site and make sure the crew knows the plan for the day Remove old, damaged, or contaminated insulation from residential attics Install blown-in fiberglass and cellulose insulation to the proper depth and R-value Air seal attic penetrations and other areas before installing new insulation Perform attic sanitation and cleanup services Operate insulation blowers, removal vacuums, hoses, and other equipment Make sure the crew follows Critter Stop's quality and safety standards Keep jobs moving efficiently and communicate any issues that could impact completion Protect the customer's home and make sure the job site is clean before leaving Complete final job-site checks to make sure the work was done right the first time Be accountable for the company truck, trailer, equipment, and materials assigned to your crew What we need from you Valid driver's license and a clean driving record Must be comfortable driving a company truck while pulling an enclosed trailer Comfortable leading and directing a small crew Comfortable working attics and other confined spaces Able to lift and carry insulation bags, hoses, equipment, and materials throughout the workday Willing to work on ladders and in physically demanding conditions Strong communication and problem-solving skills Show up on time, take ownership, and do the job right the first time Ownership and personal accountability are a must Insulation, construction, roofing, HVAC, restoration, or other trade experience is preferred, but we're willing to train the right leader A little about usCritter Stop is a family-owned, licensed and insured company with 1,500+ five-star reviews across DFW, Austin, College Station, and Oklahoma City.
