We're also looking for an experienced spray foam installer who wants to do more than operate a spray gun. The right person will help us grow our foam division by: Producing consistent, professional spray-foam installations Operating and maintaining the foam rig and equipment Monitoring temperatures, pressures, chemical usage, and job quality Troubleshooting equipment and application issues Managing materials and reducing waste Training and developing additional foam installers Building and eventually leading a dependable foam crew This position has real growth potential for someone who wants to take ownership of the division and build a team underneath them.WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Proven insulation or spray-foam experience Dependable attendance and reliable transportation Strong work ethic and attention to detail Ability to work safely in attics, crawlspaces, and other demanding conditions Willingness to work as part of a team Leadership potential and a desire to grow Someone who solves problems instead of waiting to be told every step Pay will be based on experience, ability, productivity, and the level of responsibility you can take on.
