Full Job Description Duties:

• Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards
• Assist with food preparation and ensure ingredients are properly measured and prepped
• Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies
• Clean and maintain workstations, equipment, and utensils
• Follow proper food handling, storage, and sanitation procedures
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and efficient service
• Assist with catering events as needed

Skills:

• Pizza
• Proven experience as a line cook or prep cook in a fast-paced kitchen environment
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
• Ability to follow recipes accurately and efficiently
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent time management skills to ensure timely preparation of dishes
