Construction Installer - Commercial

Job Summary We are looking for Construction Installers/Carpenters to work on interior construction projects for a growing Central Vermont company that has been in business since 1980. Our projects include hospitals; colleges; schools; offices and military bases. This job requires carpentry and mechanical skills to install a variety of products including toilet partitions; bathroom accessories; wall protection; operable walls; marker & tack boards; fire protection; gym equipment; and much more. Teams are paid to travel to and from jobsites in company vehicles. Pay rate will depend on experience. OSHA 10 certification and a valid driver's license are preferred. We provide on-the-job training. Duties Install and assemble manufacturer's products and fixtures according to blueprints and project specifications. Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively to complete installation tasks. Read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings to accurately execute installation plans. Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to all safety protocols throughout the project lifecycle. Preferred Qualifications (But not required) Proven experience in commercial construction installation or related roles with hands-on site experience. Strong knowledge of blueprint reading and technical drawings. Proficiency with hand tools and power tools Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on quality craftsmanship. Valid certifications in construction safety or relevant trade licenses are preferred but not mandatory. Join us in delivering exceptional commercial construction projects! $24.00 - $32.00 per hour
