Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking an experienced Spray Foam Technician to lead and manage spray foam insulation projects across residential construction sites. This role requires a dynamic leader with a strong background in construction management, crew supervision, and technical expertise in spray foam application. The ideal candidate will be detail oriented, deep knowledge of spray foam technique and requirements, deliver high-quality results and teach others on spray foam technique. Your energetic approach and help us grow this department in a meaningful way, provide excellent results to our clients while maintaining strict adherence to safety and industry standards. Duties Teach and execute spray foam installation technique on construction sites, ensuring work is performed safely, efficiently, and to project specifications Coordinate with foremen and clients for accurate application procedures Adhere to construction schedules and project timeline Monitor sites, document progress and monitor quality control, safety compliance (OSHA standards), and adherence to construction regulations Ensure all work complies with federal construction safety regulations and industry best practices for construction safety management Proven experience with spray foam insulation projects Knowledge of OSHA standards and federal construction safety regulations; experience implementing safety protocols on-site Hands-on experience spray foam insulation Ability to operate spray foam equipment Excellent communication skills, Spanish is a bonus
