Job Description
Hall Manufacturing (parent company to Bush-Whacker and Hall Tank) is looking for experienced and driven welders with fabrication experience. Under minimal supervision, these positions will support the team in meeting production goals safely and effectively. Our team operates 4 days a week on 10-hour shifts and OT as needed. We encourage all to apply for this position, regardless of criminal background. If you can work hard and be on time, we want to talk to you! MIG welding, all positions (including overhead), and fabrication. Analyze engineering drawings/blueprints, assemble using tools and fabrication machines, cut/contour metal, weld and consult on progress with the team, inspecting for functionality and safety. Accountability and time-sensitive execution are critical in this position. Qualifications Required High school diploma or equivalent 5+ years of manufacturing experience Fabrication/ fitter/ machinist experience Must be able to lift 50lbs consistently Qualifications Preferred Welding Certification Ability to read CAD/Blueprints 6G Certification Hall Group is the parent company to the Bush-Whacker rotary cutter brand and Hall Tank, a tank manufacturing company, both located in North Little Rock, Arkansas.
