We are seeking an experienced MIG Welder to join our team on 1st shift . The ideal candidate will have strong skills in metal core and hard wire welding using .045 wire , and must be able to pass a weld test . This is a physically demanding role requiring attention to detail, blueprint reading, and precise measuring.

Responsibilities:

Perform MIG welding using hard wire and .045 metal core Interpret and work from blueprints and drawings Accurately read a tape measure and measure materials Operate safely while lifting heavy components Maintain a clean and safe work environment Follow welding procedures and quality standards Work four 10-hour days on 1st shift , with mandatory overtime as needed

Requirements:

Proven MIG welding experience , specifically with hard wire and .045 metal core Ability to pass a hands-on weld test Experience reading blueprints and tape measures accurately Must be able to lift heavy materials as required Dependable and punctual, with a strong work ethic Willingness to work mandatory overtime when scheduled

Preferred Qualifications:
