ON BONUS.

Pay dependent on degree and experience. We are looking for a committed COTA or OT for a pediatric home health position. Employee or contractor/1099 available. We are dedicated to fully supporting the therapist in scheduling, communication, supplies, questions and concerns. Medical, PTO, retirement, CEUs, supplies and gas stipend. Sign-on bonus for full-time therapists who sign a year contract. Contracted position is also available full-time. Responsibilities Identify and meet patients' goals and needs Offer effective treatments Develop or follow care plans using a variety of treatment techniques Create or follow programs tailored to patients' specific needs Provide quality, personalized and evidence-based care and proven interventions Consult and practice with other health professionals Document patient care services Skills Education and clinical expertise Ability to manage patients with different types of personalities Current knowledge of treatment practices Drive to continually learn and grow Professional behavior Excellent interpersonal communication skills Valid license to practice
